2. Submit additional paperwork (as needed through email or day of first check in): Pick up Form, Liability release form, and Medication Form. All forms are listed in PDF below.

About the team leadership.

Jairo and Julie Ramos
Kids Club Directors
Associate Pastor Jairo Ramos and his wife Julie will be leading a team of volunteers and staff for the Obstacles Kids Club in July/August 2025. They both come with a long history of working with kid programs and events. Jairo has a passion for storytelling, has managed several programs & events, participated as a leader in a preschool, and loves providing fun fitness activities as he is an athlete and a past pro cyclist and coach for a national team. Jairo is also able to speak fluently in both English and Spanish.
Julie has a M.A. in Education and over 25+ years in various educational leadership roles that include infant-preschool, K-12, and higher education. She managed her own Preschool/Daycare for over 4 years and was Center Director for Huntington Learning Center that develops special curriculum for those needing additional educational assistance. She has also taught as a substitute in K-12 classrooms and has been a professor in the higher educational level.
They both have managed several large events that provide child development activities and have a passion for providing excellent and Christ-like driven education for children. They are both familiar with working with multi-lingual children from diverse cultural backgrounds.
